Resort Review

Greetings, I am an avid trip reporter.
However, this is my first 5 star report. Not that I am picky, but I am a frequent traveler and have certain expectations , especially when paying good money for service.

FIESTA AMERICANA IS AWESOME !!!!!!

I am a hardcore diver and so is my roomate. He went here 6 weeks before our trip, came back and booked another trip for he and I to go back.. thats how awesome it is.

I dove everyday 4 and 5 dives a day and the reefs were beautiful. Ask your divemaster to go to Palancar, Columbia and def. arrrange a trip to Punta Sur the signature dive of cozumel This dive is 135 feet so you must be an advanced diver/.
Let me get back to the hotel. Awesome, well, except for the first nite. iT kinda smelled like sewage, so I asked that they move our room , they moved us to the top floor ocean view, very nice !!

We got the all inclusive , which is a must !! All you can eat and drink for like 60 bucks a night, sweet !
rooms are clean , but not til late in the day. But the staff in the restaurant and bar are some of the hardest working people i have ever met. they are not supposed to take tips , but i made the exception.
Dive house is the Dive shop associated with the hotel accross the street. If you are a diver, bring a lock, they have lockers at the shop , but they fill up quick. We didnt even check in til we secured a locker !!
We met a lot of nice people who I still keep in touch with , the weather is beautiful, the water is blue, the beer is cold. Have a great time. !!!! Definitely stay here. Side note: this is NOT a family resort, there is nothing for kids here, THIS IS A DIVE RESORT !!! thus the name Fiesta Americana Dive Resort. If you have kids, look elsewhere. the bar shuts down at 11 pm.
