I am not a huge antivirus program fan (takes a while to scan your harddrive, conflicts with other installed programs, and you have to remember to update it all the time) but I have been using one antivirus program called Panda Antivirus.

Many say Panda is the best on the market. I have to say that I like it much more then Norton or McAfee. It updates automatically everyday with new virus definitions, among other things.

This is an old link, and it can be slow (I actually saw the advertisement about 6 months ago, and downloaded it then, but now I need it on another computer - so I found the link and it still works). If it doesn't work when you first try it, try again later.

Basically you fill out the form, and it will give you a download link, and send you an email with instructions on how to activate the free updates.
